About Diver Down
Hi I’m Jeff Fodor, owner and lead technician at Diver Down, LLC. With many years of hands-on experience and more than 700 pools inspected and repaired, I bring my expertise, precision, and dedication to every job. Pool leak detection isn’t just a service, it’s our full-time specialty.
I started this company with one goal – to give homeowners honest answers and accurate leak detection. It gives me great satisfaction to investigate and discover the source of your pool leak and then to repair it without any unnecessary damage or upselling!
When I’m not tracking down pool leaks, I’m also the lead singer in a local band. Being part of the community both on the job and on stage is something I take pride in. You may even occasionally hear me singing while I work. I bring that same energy and commitment to every pool I service!
With my wife, Jen, (also an experienced SCUBA diver, and bandmate) who occasionally assists me, and our dog Layla, our unofficial mascot and morale booster, we are at your service.

Because leak detection is our sole focus, we are able to provide prompt, reliable service, often scheduling customers within a day or two. We understand that water loss can quickly become costly, which is why we prioritize fast response times and thorough evaluations. We remain committed to each customer until the issue is fully resolved. If a problem falls outside the scope of leak detection such as underground plumbing, filtration systems, or major equipment repairs, we provide trusted referrals to reputable pool companies. Our goal is always to ensure you receive the right solution.

We take the time to clearly explain our findings, outline repair options, and make sure you fully understand the situation. If a customer believes water loss continues after service, we stand behind our work. We will advise on additional testing if necessary, and ensure no concern goes unaddressed. We will return and re-swim your pool at no additional charge if we determine something was missed.
